Rich specializes in corporate tax with a sub-specialty in the software industry. As a former corporate Tax Director and public accounting Audit Manager, he has in depth experience ranging from early stage, privately held companies, to multi-billion dollar, publicly traded, worldwide companies.
A graduate of Bentley University, Rich is a hands-on tax professional with top-notch technical skills. He has a wide breadth of expertise in international, federal and state taxation.
